I have just installed the new windows 10 not demo and now I can not use any of my office programs. They open for a few seconds then shut down. I have alot of important work on these applications and need to get to them asap.

Also I can not find the programs easily , only Word is on the desk top as short cut as before. Powerpoint and Excel are not readily accessible they were not on the desktop.

Unfortunately I am not a computer savy person and I can not tell you much more or do alot myself. I am running it on my Vaio laptop with intel i5. I think I had been running windows 7 but am not even sure of that!

The files open for two seconds and then they close. When I try to find Office in the apps I go to find Office. When I click on it it says your office is up to date.     However, when I download and attempt to install, I get a msg that a 64 bit version is /600.txt on my laptop and can cannot installed the 32 bit version. Click Enter the product key instead. Try this instead. The Download button for this program will redirect you to the latest Office version. Sorry this didn't help.
